A loft apartment in the old Floyd Speckles Manion near Buena Vista Park. It overlooks both that park and the Golden Gate Park and is said to have housed Ambrose Bierce and Jack London at points. Most inhabitants, of course, develop serious drug habits. It is currently home to Better Living Through Chemistry.
