Description
It appears as someone who lives in the neighborhood and changes its appearance each time it is met. It prefers to imitate people with a strong sense of obligation to the neighborhood, such as local shopkeepers, activists, and social workers.

Community Spirit is a peacemaker and a motivator, urging people to give without asking for anything in return, to selflessly act for the good of their neighbors. It could be very friendly to an Uratha pack which appeared to live up to that ideal. It’s nature makes it incapable of dismissing them because of their nature.

Background
A spirit of community bonds which has thrived in the neighborhood since the days before the Summer of Love and has grown stronger since. It is a firm supporter of the Phoenix Court but is even more dedicated to the neighborhood spirit, acting as its emissary, go-between, and diplomat. It also frequents the Pink Elephant Commune and is very fond of Summer.
