The Devotees were a scholarly pack in Hong Kong who decided to come to the United State in the early 80s after a bomb damanged their library during the riots of 1967 and the uncertainty of the handover to China raised further concerns about the integrity of the archives. On arrival, they made contact with their lodgemates in Chinatown, who helped them establish themselves in the “new Chinatown” growing in Inner Richmond. The pack has settled in well and ties with the Protectorate were solidified by the arranged marriage of Yin Jin to the alpha’s brother. They act as lorekeepers and historians for the entire protectorate now, relying on the other two packs for financial support and occasional martial assistance against the Richmond Fire-Touched and Pacific Heights Ivory Claws. The pack also has quiet alliance with the Stone Garden which they are careful not to let be made public. They are the most liberal of the three San Francisco packs in the protectorate and don’t get along well with the Sons of Heaven at all.

They control the Celestial Dragon and have Tien-Lung as a pack totem.
