Background
False Land came to be when earth and rubble were used to fill in the part of the bay where the Marina District now stands. Forced to consume water spirits and artificial spirits, it became something different and more powerful. It hates what it is, though, a Magath of elemental and artificial, earth and water. It has gathered to it a brood of minor earthquake spirits which it uses to lash out at the structures of humanity and seeks to destroy the city.
