A tall, lean man in his mid-20s with coffee-colored skin, short kinky reddish-brown hair, and brown eyes. He tends to wear baggy khaki pants, white t-shirts, and loose red plaid flannel shirts with heavy boots. When he's carrying, he wears a long black canvas duster.

Background
Reggie and his sister Theresa were born twins to a white mother living in the Alice Griffith Housing Project. Their black father wasn't involved with them at all as he was a Predator King of The Hunters pack. Both he and his sister got involved with gangs but Theresa decided to try and get out of the life by joining the military.
