OUTDOORS Check distance for fence to close off sides of the house. Determine how far back a fence would go. Is garden part inside or outside kid-accessible area? High high for fences? Do we want grill?

IN-LAW SUITE Bedroom Is layout good/big enough for bed and work area? Lighting source? Door locks?

Kitchen Don't want fridge.

Bathroom Lock? Heated floor?

Living Room Adequate space for Christmas tree? Door to close off suite?

FIRST FLOOR Kitchen Do we want fridge? Do we want dishwasher? Do we want stove? Don't want microwave.

Half Bath Lock?

Laundry Room Can a folding table and/or ironing board fit in there? Keeping washer/dryer?

Living Room Anything?

UPSTAIRS Bedrooms Who gets what room? Door Locks. Lighting. Outlets.

Bathrooms Door Locks.
