  • Check distance for fence to close off sides of the house.
  • Determine how far back a fence would go.
  • Is garden part inside or outside kid-accessible area?
  • High high for fences?
  • Electrical outlets?
  • Do we want grill?

IN-LAW SUITE

Bedroom

  • Is layout good/big enough for bed and work area?
  • Lighting source?
  • Door locks?

Kitchen

  • Do we want store?
  • Don't want fridge.

Bathroom

  • Lock?
  • Heated floor?

Living Room

  • Adequate space for Christmas tree?
  • Door to close off suite?


FIRST FLOOR
