Use Diaspora's social combat system for the trial. Social attacks on Tina, Liv, and the husband are effective in getting them out of the running for influencing the outcome. Prosecutor and defense attorney are the only ones who can influence the jury directly, legally. Most of the work is going to be maneuvers and attacks on witnesses.
