This is the freehold commons and is where any business between the two courts is done. Each day, at dawn and dusk, the monarchs meet here to pass control of the freehold. There is very little ceremony, often no words are spoken. There are rarely witnesses, but sometimes the curious attend and the monarchs are generally attended by their bodyguards. Rarely, the hall is used for full gatherings of the freehold to discuss threats, for the swearing of important oaths, or the trials of Loyalists or Privateers.
