- 8/18/06: Ripped out bushes in the front of the house.
- 9/15/06: Replaced all the windows in the front room.
- 9/17/06: Replaced the water-damaged clapboard.
- 9/18/06: Windows wrapped with vinyl trim, clapboard primed with one coat.
- 11/03/06: Put in a new side (security) door.
- 7/18/07: Had the house repainted.
- 10/29/07: Put new release valve on furnace.
- 2/22/08: Replaced side door (cosmetic damage on original installation).
