Background
Homelessness has grown in strength and prominance only in the last couple of decades, mostly the 80s and 90s, but it has been in existence longer than the city, first born of the local natives who were ousted from their land by Spanish ranchers. The 80s were when it achieved Jaggling status and it has been an influential member of its choir ever since. It has close ties to the Drug Choir and is known to try and convince them to join its court.
