Locus
A small occult shop near the center of “New Chinatown†(on 8th Avenue between California and Clement) specializing in the Chinese occult (feng shui, taoist alchemy, etc) with a locked room containing rare books and scrolls brought over from Hong Kong dealing with the real occult. The locus itself is an ancient scroll dating back to the first Chinese dynasty detailing the celestial bureaucracy. Its influence spreads throughout the back room, storeroom, and office. It is controlled by the Devotees of Wen-Chang.
