Skoptsi Castration Cult, based out of Seacliff. Founded in the late 80s when Kutkin sold his soul for knowledge of soul-stealing to extend his life and change his fate. He has been taking the souls of innocent victims ever since, but a newly Awakened mage has just discovered him and he may have to trade on his knowledge to retain his secret.
