Notes
Background
Raúl was a nameless thrall of the Red Court for as long as he can remember. One day, a Knight of the Cross was defeated and the Red Court Duke bid him bring the sword. On touching it, he felt the effects of the vampire's domination fall away and he cut the head from his former master. Ever since, he has lived on the run in South America, taken in and hidden by the faithful, fighting a one-man war against the Red Court and the Order of Blackened Denaarians. Never before has he ventured forth from the southern continent.
Esperacchius looks like an old Spanish cavalry sabre.
