Meet at Tolliver's club to discuss the books and how to deal with them.
Auction disrupted by ghouls, two killed, two captured, one escapes.
The two captured are killed after interrogation, MacNeil covers them leaving.
Stake out rendezvous spot, watch shake-down and mysterious woman leave, capture the ghoul king and arrange to pay him handsomely for the book.
Ghoul king doesn't show up, track him to a sewer where he's mortally wounded with hell-lightning, put him out of his misery.
End with Minor Milestone.
