Plots for the Second Chances campaign.
Serial Killer
A newly arrived Changeling who was kept by Lilith begins killing women who look like her and leaving the bodies in the Hedge. The PCs come under immediate suspicion and are prevented from joining a Court until it is resolve. Other suspects are The Cannibal and Shiv MacGregor.

The professor is building a nuclear device to destroy Sin City and the trods which lead into it.
