- March 25: Raymond Turner goes missing.
- March 25: Adam Hellstrom files complaint with John Li about being threatened by DeAndre Pruitt, Christoval Delgado, and Lee Carter.
- March 26: Faith Hellstrom shot to death in Buena Vista Park.
- March 28: Christina Hellstrom, Bernie Denon, Aaron Pierce, and Margery Flint go missing.
- April 5: Colleen and James Evensen go missing.
- April 6: Adam Hellstrom shoots at DeAndre Pruitt, Christoval Delgado, and Lee Carter.
- April 6: Sean Phelan replies to call by John Li, ambushed and shot by Rebecca Casey and Adam Hellstrom. Rebecca Casey shot and killed.
