Vandalism is a spirit of destruction for the sake of destruction and that is its only concern. It drives the bored and angry towards acts of malicious and pointless violence towards the structures of the city.

Background
Vandalism was born of undirected anger which led to random acts of destruction. Over the years, it has learned to channel the irrational hatred of others into vandalism, often coming across the Gauntlet to better influence its charges. It prefers to influence groups because of the ease of pushing a mob to violence and the increased amount of destruction it can achieve. It's main targets are bored youths and angry bigots. It had spent much of the last twenty years in the Castro but the activities of the Rainbow Guard have driven it north in the Haight.
