The locus itself is an ancient scroll dating back to the first Chinese dynasty detailing the celestial bureaucracy. Its influence spreads throughout the back room, storeroom, and office. It is controlled by the Devotees of Wen-Chang. Their alpha, John is owner and manager and his niece, Susie runs the register.
