A World of Darkness campaign set in modern San Francisco and the surrounding bay area. North Bay refers to the less populated counties of Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano, where wine country is located. East Bay refers to the counties of Contra Costa and Alamda, where Oakland, Fremont, Hayward, and Berkeley are located. South Bay refers to Santa Clara and the southern half of San Mateo counties and is the location of Silicon Valley and the cities of San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Palo Alto, and Sunnyvale. Combined, the Bay Area boasts a population of seven and a half million people.
