Listed in order of importance/projected time frame.
Completed:
- 8/18/06: Rip out bushes in the front of the house.
- 9/15/06: Replace all the windows in the front room.
- 9/17/06: Replace the water-damaged clapboard.
- 9/18/06: Have windows wrapped with vinyl trim.
- 9/18/06: Clapboard primed with one coat.
Current:
- Put in a new side (security) door.
- Install radiator covers.
2006:
- Install a new hot water tank. ($850)
- Finish the kitchen (cap pipes, re-walling, fixing damaged floor).
- Rip out the sun room carpeting and refloor. ($600)
- Refloor dining room floor (overlay). ($600)
2007:
- Have the house repainted. ($2500)
- Rip down old and put in new gutters. ($1200)
- Reconstruct front steps and pillar.
- Fix wiring and install light fixture in back hallway.
- Fix porch light.
- Install new doorbell.
- Replace the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and in the bathroom.
- Landscape the front of the house (keep hostas and little bush).

- Random painting throughout the house.
- Random patching.
- Replace old carpeting.
- Carpet last bedroom.
- New doors throughout the house.
