Listed in order of importance/projected time frame.

Current:

• Rip out bushes in the front of the house. Completed 8/18/06.
• Replace all the windows in the sun room. Completed 9/15/06.
• Replace the water-damaged clapboard.
• Have windows wrapped with vinyl trim.
• Put in a new side (security) door.

2006:

• Install a new hot water tank.
• Finish the kitchen (cap pipes, re-walling, fixing damaged floor).
• Rip out the sun room carpeting and refloor.
• Refloor dining room floor (overlay).

2007:

• Have the house repainted.
• Rip down old and put in new gutters.
• Reconstruct front steps and pillar.
• Fix wiring and install light fixture in back hallway.
• Fix porch light.
• Install new doorbell.
• Replace the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and in the bathroom.
• Landscape the front of the house (keep hostas and little bush).
• Replace the rest of the old fencing in the backyard.
• Replace the windows in the downstairs bedrooms.
• Replace the windows in living room, dining room, and stairs.
• Landscape the back of the house.

2008 and beyond:

• Redo the first floor bathroom.
• Refinish the attic space (either as master bedroom or play space).
• Construct a second floor bathroom.
• Refinish the basement.

Ongoing:

• Random painting throughout the house.
