This is where new arrivals are put up until they get their bearings and choose a court. The residents, of course, are heavily biased towards their own court.

Description
A large Arts and Crafts house with comfortable furniture. The first floor has a eat-in kitchen and living room. The second floor has four large bedrooms, two claimed by the four permanent residents, and the other two with two bunk beds for guests. There is a half bath on the first floor and a large full bath on the second.
