Sin City is the name for the immense Goblin Market that exists in the Hedge close to Las Vegas in the Second Chances campaign. It is patrolled by fetch cats and hobs in card tabards, both in service to the Sultan. There are also quite a few types of hedge beasts: cats, dogs, crows, rats, beetles, flies, lizards, coyotes, iguanas, snakes, tortoises, hummingbirds, jackrabbits, and tarantulas. The bulk of the city is underground in a labyrinth filled with shops, wandering merchants, and hollows. It also contains the Gates of Sin. These portals are activated by sinful behavior in the city and open temporary gateways to the Hedge through the mirrors that fill the city. Most of those taken come through these doors. Above ground is the Bazaar and further below the city are the Canals. These places are not close to the mortal world, having doors only where enterprising Lost have established hollows.
