Sanctum: Tolman Hall
Originally the Narcoalchemists were Awakened researchers experimenting with psychodelic drugs for inducing Awakening in the 1960s. By the mid-80s, their focus had shifted away from pharmaceuticals and into dream research, mostly due to the efforts of its new leader, Lovecraft.
The core legacies of the cabal are the Ascended Adepts and Fangs of Mara.
