Storytelling Hints
Prying Eyes trusts nobody and wants to know as much as it can about anybody it considers its enemy or potential enemy. It hoards knowledge on any being it crosses and will share it with those who may use it against them.

Background
Prying Eyes is the spirit of paranoia-induced spying. It was born of FBI monitoring of anti-war groups during the 60s and 70s and has been fed by ever incident of domestic spying ever since. It has grown strong in the days since 9/11 and has fed deeply of corporate monitoring of their employees and parents spying on their children. It was caught three years ago by the Eye-Eater and bound into a Peeper Jar.
