Each language taken should specify a dialect. Dialects default to one another at one level of fluency lower. Related languages default to two levels lower. So a someone with Native in Hobgoblin (Kargi) would default to Accented in Hobgoblin (Goblin) and Broken in Ancient Hobgoblin.
