• Meet at Tolliver's club to discuss the books and how to deal with them.
• Auction disrupted by ghouls, two killed, two captured, one escapes.
• The two captured are killed after interrogation, MacNeil covers them leaving.
• Stake out rendezvous spot, watch shake-down and mysterious woman leave, capture the ghoul king and arrange to pay him handsomely for the book.
• Ghoul king doesn't show up, track him to a sewer where he's mortally wounded with hell-lightning, put him out of his misery.
• End with Minor Milestone.
