This is a conversion of the Kult setting for The World of Darkness. I am borrowing the Madness Meters from Unknown Armies, as well. This is in anticipation of a Hunter: the Vigil campaign where I didn't want to use the published World of Darkness mythology because my players would be too familiar with it.
