Completed:

  • 7/09/05: Carpeted upstairs side bedroom.
  • 3/31/06: Replaced carpeting in living room, all hallways, and stairway.
  • 8/18/06: Ripped out bushes in the front of the house.
  • 9/15/06: Replaced all the windows in the front room.
  • 9/17/06: Replaced the water-damaged clapboard.
  • 9/18/06: Windows wrapped with vinyl trim, clapboard primed with one coat.
  • 11/03/06: Put in a new side (security) door.
  • 7/18/07: Had the house repainted.
  • 10/29/07: Put new release valve on furnace.
  • 2/22/08: Replaced side door (cosmetic damage on original installation).


Current:

  • Install new furnace.
  • Install new hot water tank.
  • Install radiator covers.


2008:

  • Finish the kitchen (cap pipes, re-walling, fixing damaged floor).
  • Install block windows in the basement.
  • Rip down old and put in new gutters.
  • Reconstruct front steps and pillar.
  • Fix wiring and install light fixture in back hallway.
  • Fix porch light.
  • Install new doorbell.
  • Landscape the side of the house.
  • Landscape the front and back of the house.
  • Refinish sun room floor.
  • Refinish dining room floor.
  • Replace the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and in the bathroom.
  • Replace the rest of the old fencing in the backyard. (Oneida Fence)
  • Replace the windows in the downstairs bedrooms.
  • Replace the windows in living room, dining room, and stairs.
  • Redo the first floor bathroom.


Ongoing:

  • Random painting throughout the house.
  • Random patching.
  • Replace old carpeting.
  • Carpet last bedroom.
  • New doors throughout the house.
