March 24: Magdelena Delgado stabbed in a nightclub in Castro. Suspect identified as Selma Hellstrom, who goes missing. Weapon goes missing from police custody.
March 25: Raymond Turner goes missing.
March 25: Adam Hellstrom files complaint with John Li about being threatened by DeAndre Pruitt, Christoval Delgado, and Lee Carter.
March 26: Faith Hellstrom shot to death in Buena Vista Park.
March 28: Christina Hellstrom, Bernie Denon, Aaron Pierce, and Margery Flint go missing.
April 5: Colleen and James Evensen go missing.
April 6: Adam Hellstrom shoots at DeAndre Pruitt, Christoval Delgado, and Lee Carter.
April 6: Sean Phelan replies to call by John Li, ambushed and shot by Rebecca Casey and Adam Hellstrom. Rebecca Casey shot and killed.
April 7: John Li goes missing.
April 7: DeAndre Pruitt, Christoval Delgado, and Lee Carter go to halfway house asking to see Kelly Ho.
April 8: Helen, Peter, and Ronald Vern, Father Jose Anaya, and Caroline Langley go missing.
April 8: Adam Hellstrom's burned corpse is found in a vineyard in Napa Valley. Gunshot were reported fired and room shows signs of a struggle. Flattened bullets found, consistent with the bulletproof vest on the corpse. Tool marks on both locks consistent with being picked. Car has camping equipment and rifle.
