This spirit is only interested in pain and the strength that allows it to be endured. As such, it will inflict pain on those it deems strong enough to bear it, reaping the Essence which is generated by their agony. It can generally be found at the Universal Faith Free Clinic and Hospice but have been relocated to St. Mary's Hospital by the pack.
