Sanctum: Kutkin House
Skoptsi Castration Cult, based out of Seacliff. Founded in the late 80s when Kutkin sold his soul for knowledge of soul-stealing to extend his life and change his fate. He has been taking the souls of innocent victims ever since, but a newly Awakened mage has just discovered him and he may have to trade on his knowledge to retain his secret. Theme: Immortality through soul-stealing. Oblations: Self-mutilation, interaction with demons, corrupting or defiling the pure. Rote Specialties: Occult, Persuasion, Subterfuge Sanctum: Fine old mansion looking out over the Golden Gate (Size 4, Security 4).
