Shadow
This neighborhood is a network of chasms surrounded by the towering edifaces of tall buildings, both past and present, keeping the streets here in shadows. Spirits of money (as well as gold and silver), commerce, and greed predominate. The artificial spirits here are strong and nature spirits rare to non-existent.
