Sanctum: SF-89C Mount Sutro
The three founding members of this cabal started at Stanford, under the tutelage of Ptah, but found themselves stifled by the Rosicrucian Society and moving in a different direction than their mentor. So, they quite the order and moved to San Francisco, finding an unknown hallow at the top of Mount Sutro's massive broadcast tower and an abandoned Nike missle silo underneath. They set up shop, calling themselves the Spiritual Switchboard Collective, and continued their research while simultaneously waging a war of ley line manipulation with their former associates to the south.
The core legacy of the cabal is the Transhuman Engineers.
