Born of the practice of shanghaiing, this spirit has evolved somewhat into a generalized spirit of the fear of abduction and vulnerability while intoxicated. It tends to haunt places where people are drinking a lot or taking heavy drugs and encourages crimes against those incapacitated. A patron of date rape and robbery, it is associated with many of the negative drug spirits and those of crime. It has a long history with [[Barbary Coast]] and acts as its primary agent in the city. It is also a supporter of [[Liberal Anxiety]] and the other fear spirits it associates with.
