A nanosocialist coup

2076. Of the three South American TSA members, Bolivia
is by far the junior partner. Its people still lack access to

never gained the support of the rural population, who have
been mounting a low-level guerrilla campaign against the
central government for over 20 years. Bolivia has a longstanding
dispute with [[Chile]] over access to the sea, and may
call upon its nanosocialist allies to help it resolve the problem
by force.
